These pictures were taken, except for the obvious ones, in and around a small town called Vrindaban, near Mathura, India. My father worked there as a doctor for about 35 years.  He was an amazing doctor - saw 100 to 200 patients a day - all as a volunteer.  He told me once when I was visiting him that because of the pharmaceutical industry, he didn't know if he'd helped or harmed more people.

The people there, as anywhere, were wonderful.
