Martin Glyn Jones Photography All photographs and content are copyrighted and  owned by Martin Glyn Jones c 1999-2012 India Click thumbnail to enlarge Page two These photos were taken in or around Vridaban, India.  That is in the province of Mathura.  The town is about 100 miles south of Delhi.  The people there are wonderful.  Most of the children loved having their pictures taken and I was sorry I did not have more film with me.  Yes, these were taken in the days of film.  I had to make every click of the shutter count.  Occaisinally, I would inadvertently frighten one of the children by taking their photo, like the young girl at the bottom left.  Above, you can see the local truckers(ox pulled cart) with a load of grain to women doing their laundry at the river.
